As an adoptive parent, my passion for adoption is very personal. In addition to my work with Ever Nester, I lead the largest educational program in NYC.

My passion for education and community building is reflected in my approach to adoption, which focuses on creating a more organic and warm experience for families. I am a natural innovator seeking new ways to improve the adoption process.

I believe that by helping others, we can create a more compassionate and connected world.

As the CEO of Ever Nester, I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community for adoptive families.

Deepali Vyas

Co-Founder & CRO

Deepali has over 22 years of experience in executive search, leadership coaching and development, most recently at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles working with Fortune 500 clients such as JP Morgan, Google, Tesla, Microsoft and Fidelity to name a few.

Building strong, mutually exclusive relationships has been instrumental in driving growth and success for hundreds of organizations.

However, my 13-year-old son reminds me every day that being his mother is my most important role in life.

Co-Founder & CTO

Mike Grushin is a Serial Technology Entrepreneur with 2 successful exits.

Mike and his wife have 3 young sons and he is grateful for the opportunity to help others build their families through adoption.

With over 25 years of delivering software solutions, Mike has extensive experience in conceptualizing, building, and activating business technology solutions for leading brands including delivering over $250M of digital solutions for clients such as Toyota, NFL, NASCAR, and PGA TOUR.

Shivan Durbal

CMO

Shivan focuses on helping CMOs, Brands and Enterprises invest their resources in the most optimal way across Marketing Data, Measurement, Technology and Marketing teams to generate outsized returns, create efficiencies and deepen customer relationships

Shivan has straddled career growth at Brands, Private Equity, and Ad Agencies along with starting up Intuitio Labs, LAROSÁ wine chillers, and investing in AS You Are. He also advises DTC brands such as Shortpar4.com, Ketocrate.com and Mancrates.com along with fast growing companies such as Fearlessplus.com.
